Polyurethane Resin Screed

Vuba-Screed Ultracrete is a water dispersed polyurethane resin system combined with graded silica aggregates. This heavy duty polyurethane resin screed is used almost exclusively in the food and drink industry to repair existing failed resin floors.

Unit Size and Coverage Rates
One 30kg unit of polyurethane resin screed comprising of 1 x Resin 1 x Activator and 1 x Aggregate. Each unit of can cover 2.4m2 of floor at 6mm thickness.

1. Break out loose existing resin and cut back to a near edge.;
2. Mix together the two liquids in the tub provided until homogenous.;
3. Gradually add and mix the aggregate until a lump free mortar is achieved.
4. Trowel apply to desired thickness using a steel trowel.
5. Leave polyurethane resin screed to cure for 24 hours for heavy duty traffic.

Delivery Time:
Delivery is 1-2 days on standard items. Custom and out of stock orders are typically delivered in 5 days.

Order Tracking:
Contact us on the specified delivery date in your order confirmation. For most orders we will send a tracking number with the order confirmation.
