Epoxy Resin Grout
Epigrout is a high viscosity epoxy resin liquid for anchor bolt placement and fixing. This product exhibits superb physical strength and will permanently secure metal ties into concrete floors. It is also an excellent material for filling wide cracks found in concrete.
Epigrout epoxy resin grout has outstanding chemical resistance. When mixed can be easily poured into pre-drilled holes for anchor bolts. This epoxy resin grout can be used under cold damp conditions and will bond most building substrates together.
Unit Size & Coverage Rates
One 1 Ltr unit of epoxy resin grout contains of 1 x Resin 1 x Activator. Coverage rate can be determined by volume calculation. Please contact us for guidance.
Applying epoxy resin grout:
1. Ensure surface is dry and free from contamination.
2. Mix both pre-weighed components together until homogenous.
4. Pour the;epoxy resin grout;into the bolt hole, plate recess etc as required.
5. Allow to cure for 24 hours at 20oC.;
