Quick Drying Epoxy Floor Paint (Rapigloss)

Rapigloss is an extremely durable quick drying floor paint especially designed to cure quickly to minimise interruption to production and other workplace activities, whilst maintaining the ultimate strength of our best selling Rapigloss epoxy floor coating.

One 5kg unit of;quick drying floor paint;is supplied in two pre-weighed components and covers up to 10m2 in two coats on a smooth surface such as good condition concrete.;Rapigloss can also be applied as one coat system to up to 15m2.;

Coverage rates are reduced for anti slip systems due to the increased profile of the anti slip additive. Coverage rates are always dependent upon the porosity of the subfloor, ambient temperature and application technique.

1. Ensure surface is dry and free from contamination.;
2. Mix both parts into the larger container and apply immediately.
3. Apply within quick drying floor paint pot life using good quality brushes and rollers.
4. Allow first coating of quick drying floor paint to cure overnight.
5. Apply second coat and leave to cure for;10 hours for light traffic and;24 for heavy traffic.

Special Considerations for quick drying floor paint:

Besides the general considerations of correct preparation, the main focus for this product is quick and efficient application. Rapigloss is a quick drying floor paint and therefore attention must be made towards the pot life of the product.

This product has an increased level of activator and therefore the pot life is reduced to 15 minutes. This is ample time to apply the quick drying floor paint if the subfloor is adequately prepared, and equipment is ready prior to application. Mix the two pre-weighed components, pour into a scuttle and begin application immediately. Upon completion of application your must immediately apply the next unit to ensure the units knit together and provide a uniform finish.
