Two Part Chemical Resistant Floor Paint (Chemicoat)

Vuba-Coat Chemicoat is a two part silk floor paint for concrete floors. This chemical resistant floor paint is capable of being applied in single coat application whilst maintaining its 'Ultra Strength' properties.

One 5kg unit of chemical resistant;floor paint comprising of 1 x Resin and 1 x Hardener. One unit covers up to 15m2 in two coats on a smooth surface such as good condition concrete.;

1. Ensure surface is dry and free from contamination.;
2. Mix both parts in the larger container and apply immediately.
3. Apply within chemical resistant floor paint pot life using good quality brushes and rollers.
4. Leave overnight then apply a second coat of chemical resistant floor paint.
4. Leave to cure for 24 hours for light traffic and 48 for heavy wheeled traffic.

Special considerations for chemical resistant floor paint:

This chemical resistant floor paint is designed to withstand erosion from harsh chemicals, however, a good housekeeping regime is essential to the long term performance of the floor coating.

We recommend spillages are cleaned from the floor coating within 30 minutes of exposure to the floor paint.
