Hard wearing industrial anti static epoxy resin floor paint designed for static control floors in explosion risk zones, or where static can cause damage to equipment. For fully conductive anti static performance this paint is recommended as a top coat to finish a fully conductive system. However, Antistat is commonly applied on its own in either one thick or two regular coats.

Vuba-Coat Antistat is a two part water dispersed conductive epoxy resin paint designed to form part of an ESD floor coating system. This anti static floor paint is designed for use in areas subject to light mechanical and chemical loads.;
*Available in any RAL colour- select the Custom Colour Request when ordering, and we will contact you before your goods are dispatched. Custom colours are subject to a minimum order quantity of 10 units.;
One 10kg unit of anti static floor paint. Each unit can cover approx. 40m2 in one coat on a smooth surface such as good condition concrete.;

For detailed advice and product guidance, please contact us. You will need to follow these basic guidelines:
1. Clean and prepare the substrate.
2. Isolate the floor with Epiprime and allow to cure.;
3. Install copper tape grid sections.
4. Apply Statseal conductive layer and allow to cure.;
5. Apply Vuba-Coat Antistat within anti static floor paint pot life and allow to cure.
6. Install grounding kit with our guidance.;
