Conductive Floor Coating (Statseal Base Layer)
Vuba-Coat Statseal |10kg | 50m2> Conductive coating designed to form a transverse layer in electronically conductive ESD systems. Statseal is applied upon an isolating epoxy primer to provide a conduct layer. Antistat should then be applied to give the resulting anti static finish.
Anti Static Floor Paint (Antistat Top Coat)
Vuba-Coat Antistat | 10kg | 40m2> Water dispersed anti static epoxy resin floor paint designed for static control floors in explosion risk zones, or where static can cause damage to equipment. Capable of dissipating static for the electronics industry.
Epoxy Primer (Epiprime)
Epiprime | 5kg | 50m2> Solvent free epoxy primer designed to prime and seal surfaces prior to coating application.
Conductive Copper Tape
Conductive Tape | 16.5m Rolls | 10mm Width> Condutive tape designed to conduct current between the anti static floor paint and equipotential bonding conductor in anti static floor systems. Easy application using self adhesive backing tape in grids of 10m x 10m square.
How long will your anti static paint last?
Vuba-Coat Antistat anti static floor paint is our Ultragloss technology, and is therefore extremely durable. We supply and / or install this product in electronics warehouses and manufacturing facilities subject to heavy trolley and forklift truck traffic.
How do you earth and test your anti static floor paint?
We recommend you earth your anti static floor using an euipotential bonding conductor. You ought to measure the leakage resistance of your anti static floor using an Ohmmeter.
What is the anti static paint system build up?
You first apply an isolating primer to isolate the conductive properties of concrete substrate. A copper grid is then applied and sealed in using a conductive primer, Statseal. The final coat of Vuba-Coat Antistat is then applied to complete the anti static flooring system.
